Can I ship outside the USA?

Massive Audio has international shipping options via www.shopmassiveaudio.com. When you are in checkout choose your location for a customized quote. All quotes include taxes, customs and duties as well as shipping charges. Other shipping services like USPS or DHL may not include Tax and Duties. 

How does Domestic Shipping Work?

www.shopmassiveaudio.com offers FREE 3-7 day ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states. At this time we do not have a shipping policy for Hawaii or Alaska.  

How does shopmassiveaudio.com ship?

www.shopmassiveaudio.com uses UPS Ground or USPS for all residential and commercial locations. If a P.O. Box is used your shipment will be sent via USPS if possible. Some P.O. BOX orders are not possible due to size and weight and would need to be canceled or adjusted to ship to a shippable physical address.

When can I expect my package to arrive?

  1. If order is a Pre-Order it will ship as soon as the item is in stock. This in-stock date is indicated on the product page although due to unforeseen delays Pre-Orders may be a week or two after the in-stock date listed.
  2. All in stock items use Ground Shipping and will be shipped next business day (excluding holidays).
  3. All in stock orders submitted over the weekend will be processed the next business day, which is usually Monday.
  4. After you order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. 

What is I do not receive my shipment?

  1. If an order is shipped and marked delivered by the shipping company a claim would need to be made and approved before a refund or reshipment can occur. We always suggest that you track your shipment and if you will not be home to use your UPS MYCHOICE account to arrange a pickup or change delivery date.
  2. If you did not receive your order due to entering the wrong address on your order Massive Audio would need to first receive the product back from the shipping company before any reshipment or refund can be made. Returned products due to incorrect shipping address may lead to restocking and shipping fees. If the products were delivered to the wrong address and was not the fault of the shipping company or Massive Audio no refunds or reshipments are applicable.
